We believe that today’s consumers thirst for knowledge about Structural Safety of Building, Architectural Soundness, Quality, Structural Health and above all Safety of their Family had give us the vision to create SAAIBI which will help them to get knowledge and awareness related to their Property.

With this common goal of building consumer awareness related to Structural and Architectural Health of their property SAAIBI was established.

Our Mission

The Mission of SAAIBI is to set and promote standard for Property Inspections and to provide the educational programs needed to achieve excellence in the profession and benefit of its clients at large.

Er. Shri. Prakash Kadam

Mentor

Sir has completed his B.Tech. (Hons.) (Civil)-1968) and M.Tech. (Structures)-1970) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India along with LL.B. from Mumbai University. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), Member of American Concrete Institute (Maharashtra India Chapter).

Sir has rich experience in Design and Analysis of Industrial Buildings subjected to Static and Dynamic Loads. He is a well know name in design for Industrial Structures among Industries. He conducts Corporate Training programs too.

Er. Naresh Saanghavi

Founder & CEO

A Professional Chartered Civil Engineer with an experience of more than 20 years in Civil and Structural Engineering Design and Execution field. He has worked with major Consultants in Mumbai in core areas of Industrial Structures, High Rise Buildings and Retrofitting of Buildings. 

He has vast experience in design of economical and safe Industrial Structures and High Rise Buildings through innovative methodology. Under his belt he has designed many structures which are standing Tall and High. He is a Licensed Structural Engineer and a member of IEI and ISSE.

Ar. Shveta Jain

Ar. Hasmukh Jain

An architect duo with a professional practice of above 12 years in the field of architecture and interior design. Both expertise in architectural design, interior design and furnishings, site planning and landscape. 

They have an integrated approach towards civil structure, design and environment and has executed and completed wide range of projects from residential to commercial and private villas in India and abroad. Both are licensed practicing architect under COA.

Meena Sanghavi

She has done her graduation in Arts from Mumbai University. She is responsible for Carrying out Administrative work, Accounts, Business Development.

Er. Atul B. Singh

A Civil Engineer with more than 18 years of Field Experience. He has executed and completed Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection work with Consultants and Clients alike. 

He Expertise in Execution of New Construction, Industrial Buildings, PEB structures and Rehabilitation of structures.

Er. Aaditya Ghag

A Civil  Engineer having Two years of Experience in the Field of Non Destructive Testing (N.D.T) of Structures,

He expertise in Non-Destructive testing of RCC Buildings. He has also done testing of Bridges and Jetties alike along with  destructive testing of structures like live load testing of beams and slabs.
