Strenghtening of RCC Column in Commercial Building, Mumbai
During Construction of Multi Storey Building consisting of 1 Basement + Ground + 12 Storey Commercial Building, Few Columns at ground level started showing Cracks due to workmanship and grade of concrete issue. The matter was investigated with the help of Non-Destructive Test commonly known as N.D.T and the picture was clear that the quality of Concrete was of much inferior quality than expected.
Strengthening of Column was done with the help of FRP Laminates and sheets

This designed Steel Structure Warehouse building provision of gantry Girder for loading and unloading of goods is located in Patalganga, Maharashtra.

Strengthening of Slab in Commercial Building, Navi Mumbai
In one of High Rise Commercial Complex in Navi Mumbai, Strengthening of Slab was done with the help of FRP Laminates due to failure of Conduits carrying PT Cables and hence the slab was not fit to take prescribed load.
After the Treatment the Slabs were loaded with Live Load and Dead Load Combination as prescribed by IS:456 Code and the slabs were found to be fit to take load.

Rehabilitation of School Building, Thane
In one of the RCC School Building in Thane, deterioration of RCC members were noticed and hence Visual Inspected with some Non Destructive Tests were done and it was revealed that the Concrete is deteriorating leading to Corrosion in Reinforcement which is leading to spalling of Cover Concrete.
Rehabilitation of Building was done with the help of FRP Laminates and sheets after giving proper treatment to concrete. Regular Maintenance and Inspection is must for Longevity of Structures.

In one of the RCC Residential Building in Mumbai, due to workmanship and grade of concrete issue there were cracks in Shear wall. The matter was investigated with the help of Non Destructive Tests commonly known as N.D.T and the picture was clear that the quality of Concrete was of much inferior quality than expected.

Strengthening of Column in Residential Building, Navi Mumbai
In one of the RCC Residential Building in Navi-Mumbai, due to age and corrosion of steel bars there were cracks in Columns and Beams. The matter was investigated with the help of Non Destructive Tests commonly known as N.D.T and it was revealed that due to carbonation there has been reinforcement corrosion which results in cracks and spalling of concrete.
Strengthening of Column & Beams were done with the help of Concrete jacketing using flowable concrete after fixing New Reinforcement (Steel Bars).

Strengthening of Column in Industrial Building, Khopoli
In one of the RCC Industrial Building in Khopoli, Maharashtra due to age and corrosion of steel bars there were cracks in Columns and Beams. The matter was investigated with the help of Non Destructive Tests commonly known as N.D.T and it was revealed that due to carbonation there has been reinforcement corrosion which results in cracks and spalling of concrete.
Strengthening of Column & Beams were done with the help of Concrete jacketing using Micro-Concrete after fixing New Reinforcement (Steel Bars). Additional Supporting frame of Structural Steel was given to slab and Beams forming a new frame.
